The problem 

Creating patient-specific implants requires precise segmentation of CT scans. This would take AnatomikModeling over an hour per scan, limiting scalability and speed in delivering critical care. 

Hexagon’s solution

Using VGTRAINER and VGSTUDIO MAX’s Deep Segmentation Module, AnatomikModeling trained a deep-learning model to turn manual workflows into AI-driven insights. 

The outcome

Segmentation is reduced to 15-20 seconds per scan, with a quality of 98%. New anatomical regions can now be explored without retraining the AI model.
